Services are free to a U.S. citizen or permanent resident who has been accepted for enrollment at Luther. Priority is given to the student who meets the low-income guideline in combination with the first generation or disabled guideline. An eligible student must demonstrate a need for academic support to successfully pursue a postsecondary educational program.

Is a first generation college student
Has a documented disability
Services are available on a limited basis to a student who meets only one of the guidelines.
